Harmony™ - The recommended dosage for adults is 10 mL (or approximately 2 teaspoons). Take after a meal once a day or as suggested by your healthcare practitioner. Use within 45 days after opening. Rise™ - Take 1 tablespoon or 3 teaspoons (~15mL) in the morning on an empty stomach or any time of the day. Can be used for cooking.
